So this week I have been 💯 keto Iv been using the app lifesum witch is so great at tracking my food intake I have been following the app the recipes here is some of my results.
This year I have made the decision to live a more holistic lifestyle meaning I will feed my body what nutrients it requires. I have cut out dairy and switched it for soy. I don’t like to have to much soy because it can mess with your hormones but it’s the only milk I like.
By cutting out dairy I’m am no longer bloated , I have more energy, my brain is not foggy and my anxiety is gone.
