Anxiety where did it come from?
Anxiety is like a cold that never fully goes away. It’s a cozy blanket you don’t want to leave. you want to be around friends but anxiety doesn’t want you there you become hidden in your shell until your friends go away. anxiety is the bully who pushes you down its the stumble of your words you try and pronounce. Anxiety is your feet that won’t stop running the words that won’t stop talking in your head because you cannot stop laying out how your life is going. Anxiety is the bed you don’t leave all year it is the illness your mind creates anxiety does not want to be faced anxiety does not want to leave anxiety leaches on to your heart and freezes the world out.
Millions of people suffer from anxiety and most of them do not know where anxiety came from but it’s there waiting for you.
There is not much you can do to prevent it but you can make it get better.
How to deal and prevent anxiety.
- Surround yourself with people who love you.
- Do the thing’s you love and make you happy.
- Kickstart those endorphins with a little exercise they are your one-stop happy pill.
- Push yourself out of your comfort zone not only will you grow as a person but you will trick your brain into loving new experiences.
- Don’t wait for the world to reach out to you go and make it happen.

Update on my life. So I have been so busy working and coming up with new ideas on how to make my blog and youtube channel so much better. If you didn’t know I got a job and I have been working so hard. But I have also been taking some time out for myself and getting my health under control.
