Starting A Keto Diet

There are a lot of diets out there but do they really work and which one is best suited for me? Why will keto work and what is it all about?

So this week I switched to a KetoDiet. My reasons behind this diet are not just for another fad diet but for my own personal health and well-being.

  • What is the keto diet?

The keto diet is when you put your body into a state of Ketosis your body switches to a fat burning energy making state. To do this you will need to cut out carbs have high good fats and protein a low-carb diet. burning all the glucose out of your system flushing fat through your liver.

  • What food’s can I eat?

Very low carb only allowed 25 carbs a day. You will mostly be eating high fat’s meaning good fats from avocado’s olive oil, almonds. 80% of your diet will be made up of fats 30% protein. 25% carbs but if you can no carbs.

It is well known for helping people with thyroid, PCOS, low energy, weight problems.

I myself suffer from this and I’m hoping this will help.

I am on day 3 and will update you in two weeks.

They say it can take up to 7,15 days for your body to switch to ketosis but when it does you will know. your body will go through the big switch and you will get the keto flue which is normal. signs of the keto flue stomach cramps, nausea tyred.

This is not a strict diet, in fact, most people are satisfied with it. I myself love bread so I made some coconut flour rosemary bread so good.
