Hello, eveyone!! so you all really love it when I post my personal stories about my weight loss and fitness. I thought it would be fun for me to create a fitness diet plan for the maximum weight loss results.
To achieve the best results you will need to stick with me, trust that this is going to work, give it time.
We all have struggled with weight, over eating, not having enough energy.
Take it from someone who has hypothyroidism. Losing weight is a challenge but hey I somehow managed to do it and so can you.
Get Fit With Me Plan Food/ Fitness routine
- Wake up early at 7 pm Meals 3 times a day small plate
- Drink 1 liter of water
- Eat breakfast Cut out dairy, White bread. sugar.
- Workout morning or night. Go for a 20 min walk/ run
- Get motivated do your jobs, chores. do cardio not toning workouts
- Eat at 6 pm and no later. Take 10,000 steps a day
- Go to bed 8 pm
- Get of phone at 10 pm
It took me 12 weeks to lose 10 kgs 20 pounds.
You can do it guys feel free to modify anything but stick to it and get moving. some of my favorite apps for getting fit is

- Pumpup. – fitness community with free workouts and you can share your progress with everyone.
Some easy cardio works out are, running, walking, boxing, jump rope, swimming, dancing. just get moving get the heart rate up.’
