Food we should avoid eating to Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Hello 👋 everyone !!

I want to talk to you about getting healthy and help you to understand what food we should be intaking into our diets.

What foods should we be avoiding.

Allot of companies are putting in all these additives and more into our every day food. And don’t even know that they are. And yet we are eating them anyway and are harming our digestive system.

Here is a list we should avoid.

  • Additive
  • Preservative
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Soy

We should always take note of how our bodies react to a food. We can be allergic or intolerant meaning it may take allot to have a reaction.

Our reactions may include the following swelling in joints, mouth,eyes. Fatigue , weight gain, dry mouth.

And many more. We should really cut out foods that don’t agree with us.

Even eating two much fruit is bad there is allot of sugar and you can overload. But it’s not as bad as eating candy.
