So guess what I lost 10kgs in 12 weeks whoop!!!
After all the workouts, gym session I attended nothing seemed to work I started to feel as if this weight would never come off.
I always ate healthily and took care of myself. At 15 years of age, It hit me all at once, and it took 3 years to finally get better. In 2016 I have diagnosed with hypothyroidism an underactive thyroid and PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome. But I also suffer from an autoimmune disease lupus. Thankfully I only have half the gene, and it doesn’t affect me as bad.
And your thinking with all of my issues how the heck did I manage to lose weight but guys it wasn’t from sitting around doing nothing yes you actually have to get up and enjoy life.
I get it trust me I do my whole life I have felt tired, depressed, anxiety, socially unaccepted. But we all have to grow up at some point, and I’m going to help you.
- Walk if you can don’t take the bus. I walked to school everyday 20 mins back and forth, and that was my only exercise.
- Take the fat of every meal you eat.
- Eat what your body craves, you might need a high-calorie diet, small, vegan.
- Stop doing toning exercises there just going to make you bigger.
In 4 easy steps, it made a huge difference I was already doing this, but I started walking and any workout counts.
