Here is a supper yummy and healthy recipe to get you powered up before hitting the gym or getting though the day!!
1 cup dates
1 cup coconut flakes.
2 tbsp coconut butter/ or any of chose
1tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp coconut flower
1tbsp almond milk
First Combine dates, coconut flakes and butter into a food processor blend.
Roll mixture into a ball and sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Refrigerate to set balls.
